Hoeveel betaal ik voor een bezoek aan de Stadspoli?

De arts die u op de Stadspoli ziet is een specialist uit het ziekenhuis, maar de financiële afhandeling van uw consult is gelijk aan die van een gesprek met uw huisarts. Uw eigen risico wordt hierdoor niet aangeraakt.

Aanvullende behandeling of onderzoek
Het kan zijn dat er op de Stadspoli aanvullende onderzoeken of behandelingen worden uitgevoerd; zoals een laryngoscopie of een injectie, of aangevraagd; bijvoorbeeld een MRI, bloedonderzoek of kweek. Dit is dan nodig voor de behandeling, zodat de specialist een goed advies kan afgeven.

De kosten hiervan worden door uw verzekeraar vergoed, maar deze gaan wél van uw eigen risico af. Ook voorgeschreven medicijnen worden van uw eigen risico afgetrokken

Met een bezoek aan de Stadspoli gaat u ook akkoord met eventuele bijkomende kosten voor aanvullende behandelingen en onderzoeken. U kunt het bij de arts of voorafgaand aan de afspraak bij de balie aangeven als u dit niet wil.

Door de Stadspoli blijft de zorg betaalbaar, ook voor u, terwijl de kwaliteit hetzelfde blijft.

Bent u niet Nederlands Verzekerd?
Dan ontvangt u in de 1e week van de eerstvolgende maand een factuur van uw bezoek aan de Stadpoli. Deze ontvangt u via mail. U kunt deze daarna zelf indienen bij uw verzekering.

No-show
Per 1 december 2025 hanteren wij een no-show tarief.
Annuleren van uw afspraak kan uiterlijk 24 uur van tevoren. In geval van ziekte kunt u bellen tussen 08.00 uur en 09.00 uur.
Niet tijdige afmelding brengen we in rekening, u betaalt hiervoor 35 euro.

What do I pay for a visit to the Stadspoli?

The doctor you see at the Stadspoli is a specialist from the hospital, but the financial settlement is the same as that of a visit to your GP. As a result, your deductible will not be used. It is possible that examinations such as an MRI or blood test are requested at the Stadspoli. The costs of this will be reimbursed by your insurer, but they will be deducted from your deductible. The prescribed medications will also be deducted from your deductible.

By visiting the Stadspoli, you also agree to any additional costs for the above-mentioned examinations. You can indicate it at the counter if you do not agree with this.

Are you not insured in the Netherlands?
Then you will receive an invoice for your visit to the Stadspoli in the 1st week of the following month. You will receive this by e-mail. You can then submit it to your insurance company yourself.

No-show
As of December 1st, 2025, we will apply a no-show fee.
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of illness, please call between 8:00 and 9:00 AM.
Late cancellations will be charged a €35 fee.
